Set on the Southern tip of Dartmoor in South Devon, we have an incredible location for our transformational retreat. Pair this with luxury accommodation and delicious food prepared on site by chef Sandy, and it’s a recipe for magical transformation.

2024 dates -

  • April 29th 3 nights - available to book.

    This retreat will be based around learning the art of Self Hypnosis for Wellbeing. It is perfect for you if you would like self help strategies for managing your emotions, chronic pain or simply want to make changes in your life. We’ll use the abundant natural environment in our work, and you’ll have strategies that are tailored to your way of experiencing the world.

  • 21st November 4 nights.

    This retreat will explore themes of loss and grief. This co-facilitated retreat offers a safe and calm space in which to discover the ways you can manage feelings of loss and move forward. 2025

  • January 4 nights (date TBC) Hormones and Hypnosis. A deeper look at hormonal health from the perspective of nutrition and hypnosis. A well balanced body and mind can function effectively. Taking care of our gut through good nutrition and using self hypnosis is one route to this beautiful balance. All Healthy Minds Retreats are limited to a maximum of 12 women, and a minimum of 6.

Local experts

We have a wealth of expertise to draw upon. From watercolour workshops to magical sound journeys, reflexology* and colour styling*, our wellness retreat can be as full or as quiet as you want it to be.

We put together the itinerary to include activities that relax, connect and nourish our whole selves. Free time to do nothing is an important part of that too!

Group workshops and relaxation sessions are all included in the price of the retreat.

*there’s an extra charge for one to one treatments, which can be booked at the same time as you reserve your room, or later, depending on availability.
